The distinguised gentleman sits poised before the interviewer.  His fair hair and eyes juxtaposed against olive skin appear exotic.  While a tailored suit boasts of taste and a penchant for material wealth, the Muslim Jakarta shirt underneath speaks of a man trapped in the Iranian struggle between tradition and modernity.  As an esteemed political analyst trained in Germany, he surprisingly begins in soft cadences.  For a moment, I trust the professorial gent.  He begins, “The German government does not tell the truth to the German people about the Holocaust.”  Interesting.  Then the onslaught–”Historically, there are many accusations against the Jews.  For example, it was said that they were the source for such deadly diseases as the plague and typhus.  This is because the Jews are very filthy people–”  His face suddenly Satanic as fear, red flags explode in my mind with visions of another Holocaust.

Meet Mohammad Ali Ramin. He’s one of Iranian President, Mamoud Ahmadinejad’s, closest advisors, and just a fraction of the leader’s unsavory companions.  Ahmadinejad keeps close quarters with a long list of criminals with a background in Neo-Nazi groups in Germany.  Mehdi Khalaji, visiting fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, trained in the seminaries of Qom, the traditional center of Iran’s clerical establishment, and formerly of BBC’s Persian service, mentions Ramin and other Ahmadinejad cohorts in his report, “Apocalyptic Politics: On the Rationality of Iranian Policy.”  Muhammad Ali Ramin was appointed Head of the Holocaust Foundation, and Secretary of the Holocaust Conference in Tehran by the Iranian President.  But don’t be fooled by the euphemistic label, the Holocaust Foundation is dedicated to the denial of the Holocaust and is deadly to Jews, and ultimately, the Jewish state of Israel.

Muhammad and Ahmadinejad became fast friends.  Muhammad Ali Ramin believes Hitler was greatly influenced by the Jews spurring the dictator to help migrate them to Palestine.  More alarming is his belief that the Holocaust is “a myth” and a “fairy tale” spun by the Jews.  President Ahmadinejad was so impressed with Ramin he appointed the Neo-Nazi ideologist his top advisor.  It was a match made in a dark place as the two melded like Judas and Pontious Pilate.  After all, Ahmadinejad’s Islamist regime openly executes Muslims who convert to Christianity, and persecute Christians who prosyletize, not to mention their anti-Semitic mission to destroy the Jews and Israel.  Just ask Ramtin Soodmand whose Muslim father was executed in Iran for converting to Christianity.

The leader of Iran also exudes a sick scent that leads to some evidence he is part of an apocalyptic secret society rife with Neo-Nazi thugs like Muhammad Ali Ramin, operating below public radar.  Anti-Semitism espoused by this motley crew is perhaps rivaled only by Hitler’s cohorts during the rise and rule of the Third Reich, differentiated only by an equally disturbing adherence to apocalyptic ideology.  Indeed, Ahmadinejad’s dirty little secret is out.

Mehdi Khalaji conducted extensive interviews with numerous Iranian clerics who pointed to Ahmadinejad’s membership in this apocalyptic secret society.  The renowned analyst discusses the society’s mission to prepare Iran for the return of the Hidden Imam.  The secret society began prior to Iran’s Islamic revolution, continuing afterwards in Tehran, Isfahan, Tabriz and Mashad, with less than 100 members but currrently attracts powerful political figures such as Iran’s President.  Many members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Basij militia adhere to apocalypticism as well.  Khalaji further states, “…it seems that Ahmadinejad’s followers, who believe in apocalypticism, are linked to an influential group of the [Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps] that has responsibilty over Iran’s nuclear program.”

Another dubious character, Ahmad Jannati, also pals around with the Iranian President and is a powerful member of the influential Guardian Council.

He admires Ahmadinejad’s anti-West, anti-Semitic speeches, commenting that “The situation is going to be ready for the return of Hidden Imam,” a statement revealing an apocalyptic view.  And let’s not forget Gholam Reza Aqazadeh, precariously in charge of the Organization for the Atomic Energy of Iran, who is rumored to be part of the secret society as well.

It is also important to note this secret society believes advanced technology can accelerate the return of the Hidden Imam; a messiah-like figure for the apocalyptic “end of days.”

On an even graver note, the Iranian leader is heavily influenced by Ahmad Fardid, a deceased, well respected Iranian philosopher, who was intrigued by the concept of the apocalypse and jihad against the West and the Jews, and advocated the most violent version of Islamic fundamentalism in Iran.  In fact, Ahmadinejad’s talk of “the countdown for the fall of the Zionist regime” and his call to Israeli leaders that “today I declare by a louder voice, though your eyes and ears are closed, that all the world sees you are going to be drawn, because justice and the pioneer of justice is on his way,” then the infamous, “Israel should be wiped off the map,” are laden with Fardid’s hateful philosophies.

Yes, Ahmadinejad’s apocalyptic, Neo-Nazi secret society is determined.  The Iranian President’s tainted public statements and speeches, like the Nazi’s and Adolf Hitler, leave enough evidence to convict.  The litany is long, the rhetoric as massive as the graves at Buchenwald.  What will it take to stop Iranian aggression manifest in proxy wars against the United States in Iraq, and more of the same funding and arming Hezbollah and Hamas versus Israel?  And if Hezbollah and Hamas are pawns of Iran, could this yield a more pressing question: Is the Islamist regime of Iran the pawn of some other greater global entity(s) intent on the destruction of Israel?

No matter who is pulling the strings, the world needs to recognize the severity of the Iranian threat for like Hitler and the Nazi’s, the Iranian regime is a blend of socialim, Nazi ideology but within the framework of Islamic fundamentalism, made even more dangerous by the nuclear and apocalyptic ambitions of a secret society that needs to be taken seriously.  Iran needs to be hit with an economic Powell Doctrine: strike with decisive force using every resource and tool employed against the enemy, minimizing US casualities (in this case, global casualties) and ending the conflict quickly by forcing the weaker force to capitulate.

We need to mobilize.  We cannot stand by as the world did in World War II.  The time is now.  Know your enemy.  Know these faces–they are the modern crusaders of anti-Semitism and perhaps, the apocalypse.
